(Ladies Implementing Faith & Exercise)
Women's Workout Session - Fridays @ Word of Faith Christian Center - 5:30pm - 6:30pm held in the fellowship hall. The cost is free. Please wear proper exercise attire.
A waiver form must be completed before participating.
